The conference highlights health profession advising with a focus on professional development, providing resources and networking opportunities. The five-day event consists of innovative and compelling sessions, workshops, professional school tours, regional networking events and more. 

Registration for the Conference is Open
Attendee registration rates are listed below. 

To register, click the registration options in the menu to your left and log in to your profile.

  • A paid membership is required to have access to member registration rates.
  • You will only be able to register once using the form.
  • If you are registering others for the conference you will need to log in to their profile to complete registration.
  • Membership is required for each individual registering at member rate.
A printable PDF of registration rates are available in the menu options to your left for your convenience.

Note, if you are looking to register or have registered for the Exhibit, Health Professions Fair or as additional staff for an exhibit you DO NOT need to register using the conference registration form.
Additional staff should be registered using the exhibitor portal. Log in information was sent to the main exhibitor upon space approval. For questions regarding additional staff registration contact Tesha White or the national office at (217)355-0063.

Attendee Registration and Cancellation Policy
The following agreement applies to attendee registrations only. If you are registered to exhibit or participate in the Health Professions Fair, please review the exhibitor agreement. This agreement can also be found under the exhibitor information page or in your exhibitor portal.

Registrants must create an online profile or log in to their member profile to access the registration pages. Members are able to register additional individuals by selecting the "Register Guest" option in the registration form.


If you are attending as additional staff or are registered for the Exhibit or for the Health Professions Fair, please do not use the attendee registration form to register. One attendee registration is included in the registration for the Exhibit and the Health Professions Fair. Those looking to attend as additional staff will need to contact the person in charge of your exhibit to be added as additional staff. Your lead exhibit staff will be able to request your registration through the exhibit portal. Contact Tesha White or the NAAHP national office with any questions or concerns.

*Spouse/Partner registration should not be used to register additional staff or colleagues at your institution. If it is determined that your registration includes a person who is employed at your institution, organization or company and works in your department, you will be notified that your registration will be voided, your payment refunded and you will be required to register again at the current registration rate.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted via email to Tesha White. If an attendee requests cancellation of their registration, then:
  • 30% of the total will be retained or collected for cancellations received between January 28th and March 6th, 2020.
  • 50% of the total will be retained or collected for cancellations received between March 7th and April 27th, 2020.
  • 70% of the total will be retained or collected for cancellations received between April 27th and May 22nd, 2020.
  • 100% of the total paid amount will be retained or collected for cancellations received after May 22nd, 2020.
Payment Policy
NAAHP accepts payment for registration by credit card or check by selecting the "Pay Later" option during registration. Registrants who elect to "Pay Later" will be invoiced immediately. Outstanding invoices are due within 30 days of your registration. Payments are due immediately for registrations received within 30 days of the conference. If payment is not received within 30 days, your invoice will be voided and a $50 administrative fee will be invoiced. If you still wish to attend, you will be required to register again at the current registration rate. If you require more time or have special conditions due to procurement processes at your institution, please contact the national office. Those selecting the pay later option agree to payment of any fees assessed for voided invoices. 

By registering for the conference, you agree to the terms of this registration and cancellation policy and agree to be responsible for any fees or outstanding balances.
