SAAHP is keenly aware of the financial challenges that can prevent our advisor members from participating in essential regional and national conferences. To address this, SAAHP, in coordination with the national office during national conference years, is committed to providing travel grants. These grants aim to support advisors who face financial barriers, ensuring they have the opportunity to attend, learn, and contribute, irrespective of their institution's funding capabilities.
Awards during regional conference years are administered solely by SAAHP, whereas during national conference years, awards are granted by SAAHP but presented in collaboration with NAAHP. While we strive to assist as many advisors as possible, it's important to note that funding is limited.
