Manage Anxiety & Stress - COVID-19

A friend of mine at the CDC shared with me the following link after we chatted about stress and anxiety during an event like COVID-19.  I'm very mindful of the stress that many of our members are feeling due to changing curriculum delivery, telecommuting policies, and anxious students. Please feel free to share this link freely.

The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) may be stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Coping with stress will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger.
