Job Description:
Job Duties · Directs and leads the overall recruitment efforts to achieve university student recruitment goals. · Coordinates annual and long-range business plans, including budget and recruitment plans and marketing proposals implementing recruitment targets. · Establishes and maintains state of the art recruitment technology and systems to streamline and create efficiency in the recruitment process. · Develops and implements a thorough reporting framework, ensuring appropriate time-sensitive reporting by relevant KPIs. · Mentors, trains, develop and manage staff. Conducts performance evaluations, counsel, and provide disciplinary actions assigned to staff for team development that drives positive results. · Manages high-level relationships with relevant stakeholders. · Aligns appropriate quantitative analysis with structured qualitative commentary. Implement robust tracking and ROI processes for decision making.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education Required - Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, Business, or related degree field Preferred - Master’s degree in Science, Education, Business, or related degree field Work Experience Required – 5 years in recruitment and enrollment for Higher Education, Medical School, Healthcare, Business, or related fields. Preferred – 7 years of marketing experience Managerial experience in admissions and recruitment Experience working in a large-scale national university.
