Welcome! NAAHP's Advisor Mentoring Program reflects the association's efforts to provide you with opportunities for professional development and networking. This unique tool helps advisors find, connect and share experiences with others. A mentor or mentee can be in the same city or on the other side of the world. Additionally, mentors/mentees can provide guidance or ask questions on a variety of topics based on the commonalities that have helped to match them with each other.

follow the 4-step directions for enrollment below:

Step 1: Your Profile

Make sure your Member Profile is up to date with your current contact information. Also, add a recent professional profile picture, expand on your bio and add your education, job history, "Programs for Which I Advise," and NAAHP Leadership and Committee roles. Having a complete and accurate profile is crucial to the success of mentor/mentee selection and matching. Once your profile is up-to-date, you may continue to the enrollment process below.

Step 2: Enrolling

You may sign-up as a mentor or a mentee. The forms take about 3-5 minutes to complete and are comprised of demographic fields that you can edit at any point in the future under the My Profile>>Mentor/Mentee Profile option of your Profile page.

Step 3: you will be assigned a mentor match

The Mentoring Team will assign Mentor/Mentee pairs and give Mentees direction for confirming the match and establishing contact between pairs via direct email. Please contact Patti Kreke or Sarah Imam with questions.

Step 4: Connect with your Selected Mentor/Mentee

Congratulations! You're all set. You completed steps 1-3 and are now ready for the fun stuff. Let the mentoring begin.
